The Worlds Best Snorkeling - Bonaire

Bonaire is a snorkeling paradise. The Caribbean island of the Netherlands Antilles is known worldwide for its large number of shore dive sites that are all excellent for snorkeling. On only a few meters depth you are likely to see an amazing variety of aquatic life including sea turtles, rays, baracuda or seahorses. Some 500 species of fish are recorded around the corals surrounding the island.

The snorkeling sites are easily accessible as they are marked by yellow stones on the roadsides along the coast. Each stone carries the name of a particular snorkeling site and marks convenient points of entry.

Been there, done that?
